Masalliqlar:
1. 1 paket margarin 250 gr (xona issiqligida erigan) yoki saryog’ 2. 4 qoshiq salat (kungaboqar) yog’i 3. 3 qoshiq shakar pudrasi 4. 4 qoshiq bug’doy krahmali 5. Olganichalik un (4.5-5 stakan) 6. 1 choy qoshig’i shakar pudrasi (usti uchun)
Tayyorlanishi:
Margarin, salat yog’i va shakar pudrasini krem qiyomiga kelguncha aralashtiring. Krahmal va unni solib, hamir qoring. Keyin hamirdan parchalar uzib ularni dumaloq shaklga keltiring. Oldindan isitilgan 160 daraja duxovkada ustini ko’p qizartmasdan pishiring. Duxovkadan olgandan keyin shakar pudrasiga bulang.
