Masalliqlar: 
Biskvit: 
-3 tuxum, xona haroratida 
-0.75 st shakar 
-125 gr saryog', xona haroratida 
-0.5 st un 
-0.5 st guruch uni 
-1/4 st kakao kukuni 
-0.5 choyqoshiq baking powder 
-0.75 st sut, sovuq 
                                                                                                   
Tayyorlash: 
Tog'orachada saryog', shakar va tuxumni yog'och qoshiq yoki mikserda yaxshilab aralashtiramiz. 
                                                                                                   
Keyin un, guruch uni, kakao va baking powderni solib aralashtirib turamiz. 
                                                                                                  

 

                                                                                                   
Yog'langan qolipga solamiz. 
                                                                                                   
Duxovkani 190Cga oldindan qizitib, qolipli listni o'rta qavatga qo'yamiz. 50 minut davomida

 

yoki cho'pimiz quruq chiqquncha pishirib olamiz.Orada usti qizarsayu, cho'p quruq chiqmasa

 

alyumin folga yopib pishirishda davom etamiz. 
                                                                                                   
Pishgach, 15 minut kutib, sovuq sutni biskvitning ustiga sekin quyamiz. Sutni shimib olgunicha

 

 kutamiz va laganga ko'chiramiz.

 

Lagandagi biskvit sovugach, uning ustiga shokoladli pudding quyamiz.

 

Pudding uchun kerakli masalliqlar: 
-1 st (200 ml) sut 
-1/4 st shakar 
-2 oshqoshiq jo'xori kraxmali(men pudding kraxmalidan ishlatdim) 
-1/8 st suv 
-1/6 st kakao 
                                                                                                    
Tayyorlash: 
Qozonchada kraxmalni suvda eritib olamiz. 
                                                                                                 

 

                                                                                                   
Ustiga shakar, kakao va sut solib, o'rta balandlikdagi olovda aralshtirib

 

 turamiz. Idish yuzasida ko'pik ko'ringach, yana bir minutcha aralashtirib

 

 turamiz, aralshtirishdan to'xtamaymiz. 
                                                                                                  
Tayyor puddingni biskvitning ustidan quyib, muzlatgichga solamiz.

 

 2 soatcha turgach tortimiz tayyor. Bezagiga xandonpista maydalanganini

 

sepsangiz ham chiroyli chiqadi. 
                                                                                                   
Recept Binnurning Turk taomlari kitobidan olindi.

 
Maslahatlar:
Asl receptdagidan yarim porsiyada pishirdim, qolipimga to'ppa-to'g'ri sig'di. Asl receptda o'rtasi teshik yumaloq qolip edi.
Original recept quyidagicha:
Biskvit:                                                         Pudding:
-5 ta tuxum, xona haroratida                          -1 st + 3/4 st = 425 ml sovuq sut
-1 1/2 st shakar                                            -1/2 st yoki 3/4 st shakar
-250 gr saryog', xona haroratida                     -4 oshqoshiq jo'xori kraxmali
-1 st un                                                       -1/4 st suv
-1 st guruch uni                                            -1/3 st kakao
-1/2 st kakao kukuni
-1 choyqoshiq baking powder
 
1 1/2 st sovuq sut
O'rtasi teshik yumaloq qolip
