Masalliqlar(4 kishi uchun):

Hamir uchun:

-1.5stakan sut

-2ta tuxum

-1chimdim tuz

-1osh-q droja

-4stakan un

-1osh-q o’simlik yog’i

Nachinka uchun:

-300gr qiyma go’sht

-1dona piyoz

-1dona tuxum

-tuz, ziravorlar

 

Tayyorlash:

Iliqdan issiqroq sutga aralashtirilgan tuxum+tuz solib aralashtirib, so’ng 2stakan un va drojani solib aralashtiramiz.

                                                                           

                                                                           

So’ng yana 2stakan un solib aralashtirib, bir xil miqdor bo’lgach yuzasiga o’simlik yog’I quyib oshirish uchun issiq qilib o’rab qo’yamiz.

                                                                            

                                                                           

                                                                            

Qima go’sht+tuxum+qirg’ichdan o’tkazilgan(yoki mayday to’g’ralgan) piyozni solib aralashtiramiz.

                                                                            

                                                                            

Hamirimiz oshgandan so’ng olib, yuzasini mushtlaymiz.

 

                                                                            

So’ng hamirdan kichik bo’lalar olib dumaloqlaymiz va qo’limizda yoyib, o’rta qismiga go’shtli aralashmamizni qo’yamiz. Chetlarini yopsihtirib tugamiz, o’rtasi ochiq qoladi

 

                                                                            

                                                                           

                                                                            

O’rta olovda qizib turgan yoqqa avval teskari qilib solib(teshik qismi pastga qaragan xolatda) qizargach, o’ng tomoniga aylantiramiz.
