Masalliqlar:

Hamiriga:

-1.5stakan sut(yoki 0.5st suv+1st suv)

-3.5stakan un

-1dona tuxum

-2osh-q shakar

-1chimdim tuz

-2choy-q droja

-2osh-q o’simlik yog’i

 

Sirop uchun:

-1stakan suv

-2stakan shakar

 

-50gr margarin

 

Tayyorlash:

1.5 stakan iliqdan issiq sut+tuxum+shakar+tuz+droja+1stakan

un solib vilkada yaxshilab aralashtiramiz va oshishi uchun o’rab

20daqiqaga qo’yamiz.

                                                                           

                                                                           

Oporaga 1stakan un solib yaxshilab aralashtiramiz.

Yana 1stakan un solib aralashtiramiz. Endi 0.5stakan un solib

yaxshilab mushtlab, son’gra qo’lga yana yopishsa 2osh-q un

 solib yana mushtlaymiz.

                                                                            

Hamir ustidan o’simlik yog’I quyib, yaxshilab yedirib mushtlaymiz.

                                                                            

                                                                            

 Hamirni 3ga bo’lib, zuvalachalar yasab, selofanga solib, sovutgichda

20daqiqaga oshishi uchun qo’yamiz.

                                                                            

Oshgan hamirni dumaloq qilib 1.5sm qalinlikda yoyib,  ustidan

 margarin suramiz va rulet qilib o’rab, ikkala tomonini jipslaymiz.

 So’ng ruletni aylantirib, hamirlar orasini uzoqroq qilib joylab,

yuzasiga yog’langan selofan yopib, yana sovutgichga 20daqiqaga qo’yamiz.
                                                                            

                                                                            

                                                                          

                                                                          

Oshgan hamirni olib, yana yoyib, margarine surib, rulet qilib o’rab,

 yuzasini yopib, sovutgichga 20daqiqaga qo’yamiz.

                                                                          

Hamirni olib, 1sm qalinlikda yoyamiz va uchburchak shaklida

kesib chiqamiz.

                                                                          

                                                                            

Uchburchak hamirning katta qismi tomondan kichik uchiga

qarab o’raymiz.

                                                                          

                                                                          

Kravusalarning yuzasiga tuxum surib,(ustiga kunjut yoki mak sepib),

 25-30 daqiqa 200Cda qizdirilgan duxovkada pishiramiz.

                                                                            

                                                                          

Qaynagan 1stakan suv+2stakan shakarni shakari eriguncha

yaxshilab aralashtirib, sovutamiz.(hohishga ko’ra limon soki

1choy-q yoki 1choy-q vanillin solish mumkin)

Kravusa issiqligida shakarli aralashmaga bir botirib olamiz.
