Masalliqlar(5kishi uchun)

-1ta butun karam

Nachinka uchun:

-100gr go’sht

-100gr guruch

-2dona piyoz

-1dona sarimsoq

-2osh-q qizil tomat

-0.5chomich osimlik yogi

-ziravorlar, tuz

-hohishga ko’ra sabzavotlar(sabzi, bolgarskiy va hkz)

 

Tayyorlash:

Karamni o’rta qattiq qismini pichoqda kesib olib tashlaymiz,

                                                                           

Qaynab turgan suvga karamni kesilgan qismini pastga qaratib solamiz.

                                                                           

2-3 daqiqadan so’ng karamni ag’daramiz va yana biroz qaynatamiz.

Asta-sekinlik bilan yumshagan karam barglarini ajrata boshlaymiz.

Bunda har bitta bargni alohida olamiz va ostki qismi yumshamagan

bo’lsa yana biroz kutib keyin olamiz(olov doim yoqig’liq turadi)

                                                                           

                                                                           

Guruch, mayda to’g’ralgan piyoz va sarimsoq, qiyma, tomat,

tuz va ziravorlar, 1osh-q o’simlik yog’isolib aralashtiramiz.

                                                                          

                                                                            

Karamning qattiq qismlarini kesib olib tashlaymiz.

                                                                            

                                                                            

Karam ichiga nachinkani solib tugamiz.

                                                                            

                                                                           

                                                                            

                                                                            

Yog’da piyozni biroz qizarguncha qovurib, sarimsoq,qizil tomat va sabzavot

larni solib biroz qovurib, so’ngra suv solamizda, 5daqiqa qaynatamiz.

                                                                            

                                                                            

                                                                            

Qozonga terilgan do’lma ustiga birorta chinni(og’irroq) likopchani yopib,

to yuza qismini 3-4sm balandlikda ko’mgunicha boyagi qaynatmamizni

quyamiz va 1choy-q tuz solamiz.(Agar qaynama suvi yetmasa, qaynagan suv solsa bo’ladi).

                                                                            

                                                                            

30-40 daqiqa(to suvi yo’q bo’lguncha) dimlab qo’yamiz.Agar do’lma

suvli bo’lsin desangiz biroz suvi qolganda olovni o’chirishingiz mumkin.
