Masalliqlar: 
Biskvit: 
-6 ta tuxum 
-2 st shakar 
-2 st saryog'(tuzli saryog' ishlatilsa tuz solinmaydi, tuzsiz saryog' bo'lsa 1 chimdim tuz solinadi) 
-2 choy-q baking powder 
-2.5 st un 

Kremi: 
-4 ta tuxum
-0.5 st shakar kukuni
-1 osh-q un(to'la emas) 
-1 paket jele(1/4 st suvda eritib olinadi) 
-1/4 st sut
-tort ustiga sepish uchun yeryong'oq maydalangani va shakar upasi 
                                                                                 
Tayyorlash: 
Avval kremni tayyorlaymiz. Shakar upasi bilan tuxum sarig'ini yaxshilab aralashtirib, past olovda qaynab turgan sutga solib yaxshilab aralashtirib turiladi. Un solib quyuq qaymoq holiga kelguncha aralashtirib turiladi. Suvda eritilgan jeleni solib, past olovda quyilguncha yaxshilab aralashtirib turiladi. Ko'pirtirilgan tuxum oqini solib, aralashtiramiz. 
                                                                                  
                                                                                  
                                                                                  
                                                                                  
                                                                                 
Tuxum oqi sarig'idan ajratilib, oqini yaxshilab ko'pirtiriladi. Shakar solib, yaxshilab ko'pirtiriladi. 
                                                                                   
                                                                                   
Sarig'ini solib, aralashtiramiz. Keyin saryogni ham solib aralashtiriladi. 
                                                                                   
                                                                                   
Un solib aralashtirib, biskvit xamiridan sal quyuqroq bo'ladi. 
                                                                                   
                                                                                   
Xamirni to'rtga bo'lib, har birini yog'langan listda 'convention oven'da 250Cda 10 minutda pishirib olinadi. Sirop uchun 0.5 st sut bilan 1/4 shakar bilan aralashtirib olamiz, uni pishgan biskvitning ustiga suramiz. 
                                                                                   
                                                                                   
                                                                                   
Sirop surilgan har bir biskvitning ustiga jeleli kremni surib, taxlab chiqamiz. Eng ustki qavatiga yeryong'oq maydalangani bilan shakar upasini aralaashtirib, sepamiz.
