200 gr sut.
100 gr shakar.
50 gr margarin.
1 ta tuxum.
bir chimdim tuz.(ozgina)
bir yarim choy qoshiq droja.
keragicha un.
(yumshoq hamir boladi. yahshi ishlov berilishi kerak.)

ICHIGA:
tvarog
tuxumni sarig´i
shakar.
(hammasi aralshtiriladi)
keyin hamir koptiriladi kopganidan keyin hohlagan shakilda qilib yana koptirgani qoyib qoyasiz keyin tvarog solib tuxum surtib duhobkaga solasiz.225 gradustda chiroylik qizarguncha turadi.
