Masalliqlar(6-7ta uchun)

-2stakan iliqdan issiq suv

-1.5osh-q tuz

-125gr mol yoki qo’y yog’i eritmasi(1stakan)

-1osh-q droja

 

Tayyorlash:

Eritib, biroz sovutilgan qo’y yog’i+issiq suv+tuzni aralashtiramiz.

                                                                           

Ustidan unnni solib, drojani sepib, barmolarimiz bilan aralashtiramiz.

                                                                            

                                                                         

                                                                            

Hamirni mushlaymiz, soat strelkasi boyicha aylantirib, yarmigacha

qayirib, yana mushtlaymiz, taxminan 5-6marta takrorlaymiz, toki

hamir qo’lga va idish ostiga yopishmaydigan bo’lgunicha pishitamiz.

                                                                            

                                                                           

                                                                           

                                                                            

 

Hamirni teskarisiga qilib yoki zuvala qilib, ustini yopib, so’ng issiq

ko’rpaga o’rab 1-2-3 soatga,to ikki barobar oshguncha qo’yamiz.

                                                                         

                                                                            

Hamirimiz oshgach, kosadek bo’laklar olib, zuvalachalar yasaymiz.

                                                                            

Pichoqda chetlarini urib, ko’rsatgich va o’rta barmochi birlashtirib,

o’rtasiga bosib,’rta qismini ochamiz.

                                                                         

                                                                            

                                                                            

                                                                            

O’rta qismiga chakich urib, ustiga tuxum surib, sedana sepamiz.

                                                                           

                                                                           

15-20 daqiqadan so’ng patnisga qo’yib, 220Cda duxovkaning o’rta
